MyFPT by Customer Service offers many base warranty options from a minimum of 12 months up to 24 months with variable operating hours limits depending on the application and even unlimited hours. MyFPT Extended Warranty program covers all applications and all necessary original FPT Industrial spare parts, together with any repairs carried out by highly qualified technicians.

MYFPT APP: A direct connection to your FPT Industrial engine, an App that can provide you with engine information and assistance via smartphone.
PROACTIVE ASSISTANCE: Connect the dongle to your engine and forget about problems: the FPT Industrial Control Room system will analyze your engine data and report any possible anomaly or optimization.
REMOTE ASSISTANCE: The dongle, installed directly in the Diagnostic Engine Port, communicates with your smartphone through the Bluetooth connection. The engine information you receive on your smartphone is sent directly to the Workshop Web Portal.
REMOTE MASTER: The virtual support platform that enables the connection of a field technician with a remote expert.
