The launch of a new product always requires dedicated and constant work behind the scenes, which is why we would like to tell you about the creation of a new project in collaboration with the Bastelli HTS company, leader in the market of industrial silencers, exhaust gas systems and pipes.
The studio was born by capitalizing on the owners’ decades of experience in the field of generators and adding their first motorized product to the catalogue.
Starting from the base of the FPT Industrial engine supplied by us, we have identified as the main feature the modularity of the product which can be assembled in different steps until arriving at a Powerpack adaptable to the most diverse needs.
An important feature of this new project is the versatility of its installation for different applications since, depending on its use and the available spaces, for example, the canopy panels for air inlet and outlet can be moved by placing them on the more functional sides or raise or lower the engine support frame according to the tank capacity required by the individual need.
The result was to now have a device for Plug and Play installation with a highly modular soundproofed casing as the entire production process (from the design through the use of 3D modeling software to the creation of the finished product) takes place internally at Bastelli HTS.
The client can therefore customize it according to the most varied needs, taking advantage of the following features:
- Soundproof stainless steel casing
- Integrated fork carriers
- Easy access to the filter area (one site)
- Liquid leak collection tray with drain hole
- Soundproof sunroof
- Radiator top-up inspection nozzle
- Internal tank preparation
- Preparation for internal battery compartment
- Lifting hooks
- Anti-vibration supports
- Opening compartments with the possibility of a door, double door or single panel
- Siphoned air intakes
- Side, front and or top hot air expulsion.
Remote control and management of the Powerpack/installation and the machine connected to it via an app or website that is completely customizable according to the application and customer needs.
This project, which required several months of planning, was officially launched last February on the occasion of the DPE 2024 with FPT Industrial’s F28 and F36 engines and is today presented as a “turnkey” product for which we supply to The Plug and Play StageV/Tier 4 final engine is ready for use and the end customer only needs to add their own application (e.g. hydraulic pump, irrigation pump, clutch, augers).
A service offered to Bastelli HTS and for which our Application Team stood out for its competence and professionalism, which makes us proud of this important collaboration.
