How does an antifreeze fan work?
The fan works by moving the air and mixing it with the warmer layers which form on the earth’s surface, with the cooler layers surrounding the trees. This airflow increases the temperature of the leaves, fruit and flowers, saving crops from winter frosts.
There is no doubt why these antifreeze machines have been distributed all around the world for years, from Europe to Australia, passing by Californian citrus groves: they are indeed the best agriculture allies in periods of low temperature.
What have we got to do with all this?
These fans are mounted with N67 FPT Industrial engines, supplied by us. We have created a specific application and control panel with dedicated software so the engine can manage all its complex operational modes; automatic and manual, with increase and decrease in voltage while respecting all the safety constraints this application requires.
Since these machines tend to operate automatically and without supervision, particular attention has been given to the remote managing system, allowing machine start-up and shut-down from a distance.
Once again, it is not only about supplying our customers with the best engines on the market, but rather to offer efficient solutions to specific problems which makes our job one of its kind.
