10 September 2026For our Service department, there is no summer break, both for field interventions and for training activities. In fact, in the hot August just ended, our team was always operational, even in areas characterized by extreme climatic conditions, with training and technical training activities.
The goal? Transfer operational and analytical skills to local technicians and operators on diagnostics, routine and extraordinary maintenance, and management of high-performance diesel-powered agricultural machinery, addressing one of the most challenging challenges: operating in extreme conditions, including high temperatures, sand, and dust.
Among the activities carried out in the first place is training for the autonomy of local staff so that local technicians and operators gain mastery with guided diagnosis procedures, reading electrical diagrams and resolving error codes in order to be able to intervene in the resolution of real problems.Furthermore, these activities enable the drastic reduction of operational risks, thanks to the in-depth study of air/fuel filtration systems and the introduction of daily checklists to drastically reduce failures caused by fine sands and fuel contamination.
The most important result? Greater autonomy for local staff, fault prevention, and reduced operational risks, because doing Service doesn’t just mean intervening when a problem arises, but transferring skills, trying to carry out prevention activities, and building autonomy.

24 June 2026Green Power Systems is responsible for powering the irrigation systems behind the world’s largest dairy plant – part of one of North Africa’s largest agro-industrial projects.
This colossal initiative, which covers 117,000 hectares of desert agricultural land dedicated to feeding 270,000 dairy cows, is part of a project that is expected to cover approximately 50% of Algeria’s national demand for milk powder, marking an important step towards self-sufficiency.
At the heart of the project is a continuous irrigation system designed to cultivate Saharan land, transforming desert landscapes into productive agricultural land. In this critical operation, 50 GP330 S/IA generator sets, supplied by Green Power Systems and powered by FPT CURSOR 13 motors, play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted performance.
In such extreme environments, reliable and continuous feeding is essential. FPT-powered generator sets ensure proper operation, ensuring efficiency, durability and high performance.

7 May 2026Training has always been one of the fundamental pillars of our work and acquires even more value when skills are passed on to those who apply them directly in the field, under real operating conditions.
This is what we experienced at the port of Ravenna, where we organized a new appointment #Avonimeets dedicated to the maintenance technicians of the excavator machines of our client Coris srl
Coris, whose work focuses on the manufacture of machinery for the oil pipeline, general construction and maritime and port operations sector, has instructed us to train technicians engaged in the maintenance of its operating means inside cargo ship holds. Excavators play an essential role here: they recover material residues that port buckets cannot reach, contributing to the efficient handling of loads such as clay, fertilizers, flour, corn, and wheat, then enabling efficient transfer via cranes and hopper systems.
The training session was dedicated to FPT Industrial’s Stage V engines and combined a theoretical part in the classroom with practical activities in the workshop, where technicians worked directly on an excavator equipped with an F36 engine, acquiring concrete skills to independently carry out maintenance operations.
It was an engaging day of learning, collaboration, and practical mastery, and for this we thank, in addition to Coris, Ma.ri.port srl and the Ravenna Port Company for their invaluable collaboration.

A reference event for the European and Mediterranean energy production and distribution market, the fair brings together the main operators in the sector and the most advanced energy solutions. In this context, we participated at the Bimotor SpA stand, presenting the N67 G-Drive engine and its ATS Pack from FPT Industrial, designed to meet the latest emissions standards and simplify the upgrade of the machines. AGRITECHNICA one of the world’s largest fairs dedicated to agricultural mechanization, has concluded with great success!An international reference event where manufacturers, innovators and professionals in the sector have presented technologies, solutions and visions that will guide the future of agriculture and where FPT Industrial, has exhibited a large part of the range available in its portfolio for Agriculture Stage V applications, covering a displacement from 2.8 to 20 litres.
