We have already appreciated it last November at EIMA International, congratulating the company for the award received as “EIMA 2022 Technical Innovation” and finally today we see it operational. We are talking about Elephump, the innovative configuration for motor pumps designed and patented by our customer Irriland s.r.l., which allows you to have a machine with a suction complex, up to 8 meters in length in a single piece, which can be folded on itself and fall within the dimensions suitable for free road traffic.
The Elephump motor pump, which is equipped with a 105 Kw Stage V F36 engine by FPT Industrial, has been equipped with an electro-hydraulic system that allows total automation of the following functions: parking foot, rotatable wheels, swivel ground support platform, tilting winch for folding the suction hose and the winch for complex suction lifting.
Elephump is equipped with a patented primer, called EVA (Ecological Vacuum Automatic), capable of creating a vacuum and sucking up any type of liquid up to a depth of 8.2 meters, allowing complete automation of the work cycle and designed to run dry, avoiding the dispersion of oil, with consequent pollution of fields, water and air.
